Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as bartending or assistant manager, is preferred
- Knowledge of food production, hotel operations, catering, coffee, or banquet services is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
