Job Description:

· Maintains established relationships with customers as well as forming new connections to create a customer driven environment

· Coaches team members on standard procedures and daily checklists

· Merchandising, including stocking and some ordering

· Rotating labels, including monthly sales tags and price changes

· Works as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely fashion

Job Requirements:

· Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs

· Someone comfortable handling animals including dogs, snakes, guinea pigs, fish and more

· Two or more years of management experience

· Standing or walking for 7 or more hours a day

· Basic computer skills

· Experience with a touchscreen POS
