We are looking for a highly motivated Animal Care Manager to help with the daily operations of Coddled Critters Pet Resort and Spaw. Daily tasks include, but not limited to; caring for dogs/cats, monitoring play in all play sections, following a task sheet, managing a team of animal care specialists, completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the health and safety of all of our pet guests, making reservations, and handling customers and cash.

Responsibilities Include:

-Managing a team of animal care specialists

-Playing and interacting with large dogs, monitoring play, and intervening when needed

-Feeding animals when needed

-Bathing animals when needed

-Mopping play areas

-Writing report cards for pet guests

Requirements: - must be 18 yrs or older to apply - must have a valid drivers license and own a car - must love all animals and understand animal behavior - must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time - must be able to clean kennels - must be able to handle all size, temperaments and breeds of dogs - must work well with others and have a positive attitude - must be able to work ALL holidays and weekends. - must be able to work morning and afternoon shifts - must be able to mop large areas - must be able to life a minimum of 50 lbs - must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
