A busy and successful Veterinary Practice in Meridian is in search of an enthusiastic and energetic Veterinary Technician to join the team. If you have the following qualifications apply today!

Primary Qualifications/Responsibilities

Training is available for candidates who possess exemplary communication skills and are passionate about learning to help care for pets! After your training is complete, your primary responsibilities will be:

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience previously working as a Veterinary Technician preferred
• The desire to perform a multitude of veterinary technician tasks including blood draws, catheter placement, obtaining urine/stool samples, surgical preparation and assistance, and MORE!
• A learning mindset as it is never too late to learn new skills or to improve the ones you already have
• Attention to detail and a high degree of organization
• A positive, friendly demeanor is a MUST!
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Hours & Availability

We are flexible and willing to work around your schedule, so let’s talk! Your availability should align with our hours of operation as follows:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
• Saturday - 9:00am - 1:00pm
• No after-hours or emergency scheduling!

Compensation & Benefits

Our amazing team members can expect competitive pay! The starting salary for this position is starting at $18 per hour, dependent upon education and/or experience.
