Pet Camp in San Francisco, CA is looking to hire a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. Are you passionate about great customer service and great pet care? Would you like a change of pace at work? This customer service position earns a competitive wage starting at $20 per hour with the opportunity for a salary adjustment after the first 30 days, commensurate with a positive performance evaluation, and then again following 90 days. We provide generous benefits, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance (if eligible), paid time off (PTO), a 401(k) Safe Harbor plan, clothing allowance in our Land's End company store, a scholarship fund for continued education, and 2 weeks of free boarding with a 50% discount after that. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

In this customer service position, you are the face of Pet Camp and uphold our solid reputation of providing exceptional customer service. You do this by checking pets in and out of camp, answering phones, fielding questions, and giving tours of our facilities. With your great listening skills and meticulous attention to detail, you ensure flawless execution of all of our campers' activities and care. You sometimes work hands-on with cat campers at our fabulous Cat Safari location in Presidio Heights and you enjoy working directly with the animals! Whether you're helping clients over the phone or playing with the adorable cats and dogs in our care, you enjoy coming in to work every day!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

This office position is full-time with shifts up to 8 hours long. Depending on what shift you have, your day may start as early as 6:45 AM or end as late as 8:00 PM.
