Job Description:

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for customer engagement? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at both inbound and outbound sales calls? If so, PestMaster of Richmond is looking for you! We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential customers to drive sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls from prospective customers, providing information about our services and answering any questions.
  • Initiate outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate and customized pest control solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers and close sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our FieldRoutes CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position PestMaster of Richmond in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging phone manner.
  • Closer: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • CRM Wizard: Experience working with CRM software, especially FieldRoutes and other sales tools is preferred.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Drug-Free: Pre-employment drug screening performed on all employees.
  • Pass Background Check: We screen all employees to ensure safety for all.
