Pestmaster Services of Tucson is looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to assist us in servicing government, commercial and residential accounts. We are also looking to building new residential, commercial, and government business in your area. This position requires strict adherence to Pestmaster IPM protocols and procedures, interface with points of contact in a positive manner, enhance sell when appropriate, and bring on new commercial, and government business.

The selected technician will be servicing existing and new government accounts and will be paid a salary for these services. In addition, there is a generous commission plan in place for all new residential and commercial business created by you. Having this type of commission plan, allows you to earn as much as you want to earn! We will supply all vehicles, equipment, training, and supplies necessary for you to be successful.

This position will cover Northern Arizona and possibly New Mexico. We are looking for someone with active or easily reactivated pest control licenses (I&I at a minimum; termite and weeds would be a big advantage). Overnight travel is required, all expenses are covered by the company. Sales experience is a plus. Military veterans are encouraged to apply. You will love working here!

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Customer service skills

· Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and technical information in English

· Ability to effectively present information about our products and services to customers

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

· Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

· Arizona Pest Control Licensing

· Valid Driver's License in good standing and a clean driving record

· Must be age 21 (insurance requirement)

· Ability to pass complete federal and general background check, including criminal, driving, and credit check.

· General knowledge of Arizona
