Pest Pro is hiring service technicians who are motivated and enjoy working outside. Service Technicians will be working one on one with our clients. Applicants should take pride in a high level of customer service. As a service technician, you will be working to serve the Des Moines Metro Area. Pest Pro is hiring technicians for both YEAR-ROUND and SEASONAL (Spring-Fall)

** No pest control experience needed!! We will train you!! **

Job Description

* Perform residential pest control with interior/exterior application using a variety of products

* Superior customer service while interacting with customers daily.

* Work independently with phone contact with manager and office staff.

* Operate and maintain company vehicle ( washing, vacuuming, etc. )

* Work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

* Maintain a daily schedule and arrive to appointments on time.

* Technicians will be required to pass a state issued license exam. ( Company Paid )

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years or older

* Excellent listening and communication skills

* Have excellent problem solving skills

* Reliable, honest, trustworthy

* Ability to lift 25 pounds over your head

* Drug test and Background checks will be performed.

* A clean driving record is required ( Must provide DMV record )

* Must have a current and valid drivers license.

* Must be familiar with basic use of iPad and/or Android devices.

* Basic equipment maintenance ( cleaning spray tank and other equipment used day to day )

* Must have a clean and professional appearance at all times.(Clean shaven face, trimmed hair)

Compensation:

• Paid Training ( Training will begin April 2018 )
• Competitive compensation
• Technicians will earn between $2000.00 - $5000.00

• Company vehicle and gas card for business and commuting use.
• Ability to earn sales commission and bonuses in addition to regular pay monthly.
