**Position Overview:**

As a Rodent Exclusion Technician, you will play a crucial role in protecting homes and businesses from rodent infestations. Your primary responsibility will be to implement exclusion measures and preventive strategies to keep properties free from rodents. You will work closely with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough inspections to identify entry points and assess the extent of rodent infestations.

- Develop and implement exclusion plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

- Install and maintain exclusion devices, such as rodent-proof barriers, traps, and sealing entry points.

- Educate clients on preventive measures and sanitation practices to minimize the risk of future infestations.

- Document and report findings, treatments, and recommendations accurately.

- Collaborate with team members and support other pest control services when necessary.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Rodent Exclusion Technician or in a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of rodent biology, behavior, and control methods.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

- Pest control certification or willingness to obtain one.
