Job Overview:
Perspective Mental Health is looking to add a psychotherapist to join the team! At Perspective, you can expect a relaxed environment and supportive supervision. You’ll have the freedom to schedule your clients however works for you, either in your furnished office or via telehealth. On top of competitive compensation, marketing will be provided along with continued education opportunities. We will train you to use our EHR and take the stress from billing off your plate, as well as handle your insurance credentialing!
Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions using various evidence based treatment modalities.
- Perform client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize data collection methods to track patient progress and outcomes.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families on mental health issues.
Experience:
- Must hold an Indiana LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent.
- LSW may be considered with adequate experience and progress toward clinical licensure.
- Proficiency in conducting client assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Knowledge of evidence based therapy techniques.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
