Looking for an experienced Commerical Facilities Maintenance Technician that has strong background with HVAC and Plumbing experience. Facilities maintenance worker will be responsible for repairing HVAC and other air quality systems as well as preventing floods from leaking water lines. If you have experinece in HVAC Systems and enjoy working on other maintenance projects we are looking for you!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Preventative Maintenance of HVAC systems
• Perform minor drywall repairs
• Respond to Tennant service requests
• Assist with roof maintenance, prevent/ repair leaks
• Perform repairs to plumbing systems as needed.
• Assist Facilities team with general system maintenance, electrical, plumbing

Skills:

• Plumbing experience
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on a variety of building operations mechanical systems.
• General maintenance, repair, installation and fabrication of various types of electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment

Valid Florida drivers license required with no suspentions in the last 3 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.25 per hour
