Personnel Services is Hiring an Office Manager/Bookkeeper Near Mineral, TX

BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE MANAGER

Monday-Friday

8:00 am – 5:00 pm

$14.00 - $19.00 per hour, DOE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Organize the day-to-day office operations and procedures.
  • Manage daily production and schedule to archive monthly goals.
  • Manage all financial transactions, accounts payables and receivables.
  • Responsible for historical filing of reports, monthly/daily stats & reports
  • Keep financial records up-to-date.
  • Reconcile Bank / Credit Card Accounts
  • Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
  • Correcting, modifying inaccurate files and records.
  • Manage daily production and schedule to archive monthly goals.
  • Manage all financial transactions, accounts payables and receivables.
  • Enhance customer relations.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire the team members and office staff.
  • Ensure enough field technicians are on staff to service the demand.
  • Ensure enough jobs/tasks are available for available staff.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, enforce attendance policies.
  • Responsible for historical filing & purging, daily stats & reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in accounts receivable and payables
  • Competent and well oriented in the use of all office equipment and proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Computer skills and familiar with Adobe
  • Must have strong communication skills- written and verbal
  • Written and oral proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • QuickBooks proficiency
  • Team player
  • Experience in interviewing is a plus
  • Efficient in organizing and maintaining accurate records; documentation is key.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
