High School diploma or GED and at some wire cutting experience needed (years if manufacturing can suffice this requirement).

Must be able to lift 10-40lbs and stand for full duration of shift.

Essential duties :

• Set up, troubleshoot, and run all 3 Schleuniger Wire Cutting machines.
• Have general arithmetic skills that include reading tape measure using both metric and standard measurements and understand tolerances.
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand the details on the prints.
• Will engage in repetitive lifting (picking up wire products), and moving with great body agility twisting and turning and bending of both body while holding wires.
• Can operate computer and hand tools such as wrenches, battery operated drills, box cutters and wrenches, etc.
• Be a self-starter / self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain and promote a safe, positive and clean working environment.
• Work overtime as required.
