Front Desk receptionist need in De Pere, WI for dental office. Company offers great hours and benefits! Hours Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities
Excellent customer/patient service and verbal communication skills.
Greet patients when entering lobby.
Make sure patients correctly fill out paperwork and take insurance information.
Schedule patients for appointments and check ups.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software experience.
Be aware of and follow insurance plan rules and protocols.
Must be able to listen to patients and other healthcare workers and follow directions from a Dentist or supervisor.
Should have excellent organizational skills, insure all record keeping are accurately complete.
