Responsibilities:
The Production Design role works intimately with all our varied product labeling needs, and other marketing design related-projects. This role will work closely within our QA/QC department to ensure all products and labels are in compliance and maintaining the highest quality. This means, every aspect of our labeling is of utmost importance. This role works closely with our sales team to define the needs and scope for their customized labeling projects—managing them from the initial forecasting phase, to the final and completed print phase. This position may have the potential to be flexible with part- time or full-time hours depending on candidates experience and current work load of the company.
Skills:
- Able to present 3-5 portfolio sample pieces
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or other related field
- 3-5 years of experience in brand, product, digital, or print design role, preferably production
- Ability to present and communicate design concepts effectively
- Must be proficient in Adobe suite (photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.)
- Very detail-oriented and passionate about perfecting and polishing work
- Understanding of color theory and its application in design
-Able to work collaboratively within a team and take direction with a solution-oriented mindset
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a timely manner
