Part Time Residential Shifts available

Our part-time shifts are weekend only shifts

We are currently looking for DSP in the following areas:

• Cherry hill and Berlin area
• Turnersville and Clayton area

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Actively support and supervise adults with mild, moderate intellectual disabilities.
• Transport individuals to various trips & local community events for fun and recreation.
• Create meaningful environments and activities to support interest, growth and development.
• Participate in planning and development of community-based activities.
• Engage in arts and crafts, food cooking and other activities within our day facility complex.
• Document supports you provided to individuals at end of day in our Electronic Health Record.
• Be part of our team that works to create a fun, daily experience that people look forward to.

Who are we: P.I.L.O.T. Services is a small organization providing Day & Residential supports to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Being small has its advantages and we believe enables us to do so much more and this sets us apart from the bigger operations out there. What can a day be like: community volunteering, trips to various parks, shopping excursions, beach trips, boardwalk walks, nature hikes, fishing, going to movie theaters, backyard BBQs, yards games, arts and crafts, card games or just hanging out inside homes watching TV are some examples of a day within a day program and/or group home settings.

To be considered:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A verifiable High School Diploma required
• Experience desired, but not necessary; we will train and support you
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential
• A valid driver's license
