Position Summary:

The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. Production specialists assist in a production line personalizing each unique gift. Production specialists will inspect products, load and unload fixtures, may operate machinery, and adhere to all PMall safety guidelines and standards.

1st Shift Between: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
• Operate Equipment used in various production areas assist in the production process.
• Load/unload equipment as needed.
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on all production equipment within department.
• Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for increasing productivity.
• Report any quality or equipment issues.
• Take direction from supervisor/manager.
• Reads and matches item label to customer’s request.
• Ability to match colors, words, and products.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as be a team player.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Ensure all jobs are ready for equipment as needed.
• Continuously check quality.
• Reports to department supervisor or assigned POC.
• Attendance and punctuality are crucial.
• Follows company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.

Per CDC guidelines you do not have to wear a face mask if you are full vaccinated, we do a daily health check and ensure social distancing throughout the facility and hand sanitizer throughout.
