Job Summary:

Looking for a compassionate, energetic, outgoing, positive caregiver for 27-year-old woman with physical disabilities who is a wheelchair user and very social!

Caregiver must be at least 21 years old, high school graduate and able to pass a criminal background check. This position is a Medicaid-approved program where pay is $17.27/hour (non-negotiable).

Caregiver will be a non-smoker and provide assistance with personal care needs (including assistance with transferring from wheelchair) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, preparing meals, feeding, laundry, etc. Experience with disabled individuals is desirable.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred

- Knowledge of first aid and basic medical care procedures

- Ability to assist with transfers as needed

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
