Location: Roxboro, NC

We are actively seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker for evening shifts, This role offers a stable, set schedule to include shifts every other weekend, ensuring consistency for both you and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential support with daily living activities, including meals, personal care, and evening routines.
Implement and adapt care plans to enhance each resident's life quality.
Cultivate a safe, inclusive atmosphere that fosters resident independence.
Participate in and facilitate evening group activities, promoting engagement and social interaction.
Maintain detailed records of progress and daily activities, ensuring client needs are met and documented.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for caregiving and a deep commitment to positively impacting lives.
Previous experience in a caregiving role, ideally with adults with IDD.
Ability to work a consistent evening shift, providing reliability and stability in our group home setting.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit that embodies our culture of positivity and teamwork.
A proactive approach, putting the needs and well-being of our clients first.
Minimum educational requirement: GED or higher.
Valid Driver’s License required as transporting clients using company-owned vehicles is an essential job function.
