Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Collaborate with the procurement management team to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Utilize supply chain systems to track and manage parts inventory
- Collaborate with dealership technicians to identify and source necessary parts for repairs
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Perform shipping and receiving duties as necessar

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their needs
- Knowledge of automotive mechanical components is highly desirable
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and order processing
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
