Perrin Automotive Group is seeking to hire a Payroll and Benefits Administrator
to process and maintain payroll, benefits and compliance transactional functions for the dealership group. The successful applicant will work closely with HR to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of payroll requests and questions. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities – Payroll and Benefits Administrator:
  • Run backgrounds for applicants
  • Assist and oversee onboarding of new hires – background checks, data entry of info, etc.
  • Complete the offboarding process in a timely manner
  • Assist with time entry as needed
  • Process weekly payroll for 200 - 400 employees
  • Prepare year-end tax forms
  • Administrate benefit enrollment meetings
  • Assist in continuously improving Payroll processes.
  • Develop and maintain cordial, helpful and professional interactions at all times.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements – Payroll and Benefits Administrator:

  • A minimum of two years of strong payroll and benefit administration
  • ADP experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization in a friendly, but also professional and respectful manner
  • Regular, in-person attendance required
