We are seeking an experienced Foreman with experience in commercial heating and air conditioning in the Austin, Texas area.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a Foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.
Basic responsibilities :
Supervise HVAC workers
Develop work schedules
Ensure projects are at or under budget
Report project progress to superiors
Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors
Ensure workers are using safety practices
Perform quality checks
Required skills :
Must have a minimum of 7 years of recent experience with HVAC duct installation
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a foreman
The ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a HUGE PLUS
Excellent communication skills
Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling
Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings
