1. **Finish Carpentry:** Execute high-quality finish carpentry work, including but not limited to trim work, crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, and other decorative elements.

2. **Installation:** Measure, cut, and install various wood materials to meet project specifications.

3. **Collaboration:** Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and design plans.

4. **Quality Assurance:** Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.

5. **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

**Qualifications:**

1. **Experience:** Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years in the field.

2. **Skills:** Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.

3. **Detail-Oriented:** Exceptional attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.

4. **Team Player:** Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.

**Education:**

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational or technical training in carpentry is a plus.
