A company with more than 54 years of mechanical construction and service experience has a full-time opening for an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator for their Virgin Islands branch.

POSITION DUTIES:

• Coordinate, monitor, and improve service activities.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Dispatch service technicians as needed.
• Coordinate service technician field activities.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the results.
• Other job duties as required as a service coordinator.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of recent HVAC Service Coordinator experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC service.
• Must have experience in commercial HVAC service.
• Heavy experience with chillers and direct expansion (DX).
• Must be able to communicate effectively (Written/Verbal).
• Must be able to live and work in the Caribbean.
