Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as aClient Care Advocate. This is a client-facing role, perfect for someone looking to start a career insales and client relations. While sales experience is not required, the right candidate will receivecomprehensive training. The primary responsibilities include building and maintainingrelationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with ourservices.
Responsibilities:
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients● Understand and anticipate client needs to provide tailored solutions● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met● Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly● Support sales initiatives and contribute to the growth of the business
