Lawn Care Crew Lead: In this role, you will be responsible for managing a crew of lawn care professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality lawn care services to our clients.

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of lawn care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain top of the line lawn care equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record.
• DOT health card preferred (or willing to get).
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Train new crew members and provide ongoing coaching to existing crew members.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used/purchased.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in snow removal activities during the winter months as needed.

Lawn Care Crew Team Member: In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of lawn maintenance services to ensure the upkeep and appearance of our clients' properties.

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of lawn care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain top of the line lawn care equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record.
• DOT health card preferred (or willing to get).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Daily Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow lawns using various top the line lawn care equipment.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate with crew lead and other crew members to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in snow removal activities during the winter months as needed.

Lawn Care Specialist - Applicator: In this role, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers and other lawn care products to our clients lawns to ensure their health and beauty.

• 2-5 years of previous experience in fertilizer application
• Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products.
• Ability to operate and maintain top of the line fertilizing equipment (Currently operating Turfco)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Daily Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products to client properties.
• Mix and measure lawn care products according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain fertilizing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of products applied and services provided.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations related to the application of lawn care products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
