Assembler - 1st Shift
The Assembler - 1st Shift will perform repetitiveassembly operations to assemble seating and positioning equipment according tospecifications.

Key Tasks
- Perform repetitive assembly operations to assemble seating andpositioning equipment according to specifications. Read and follow work order specifications viaElectronic Distribution of Orders (EDO) & order hard copies to build andassemble quality parts in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Locate materials required to assemble products.
- Operate power tools, solder iron, belt press, hammer, tape gun,screwdrivers ect.
- Clean, bag, tag, package and label product cases.
- Maintain Kanban System and participate in cycle counts
- Assemble kit bags.
- Recognize and communicate defective parts.
- Communicate and work with department team members andappropriate departments regarding product issues.
- Assist and Cross train in other departments, as needed, toensure products are completed on time.
- Follow and comply with all safety, work rules, regulations, ISOprocedures, lean Initiatives and lean events.
- Maintaindepartmental housekeeping standards. Maintain 5’S Program.
