Tarantino Properties is seeking a Maintenance Make Ready/ Porter at Park at Caldera Apartments.
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- At least 2 plus of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Full Time Position
