• Welcome new grads, 2024
• Practice team includes 7 full-time physicians, 20 full-time and PRN CRNA s
• Equitable call schedule, home call 1:5, post call day off
• Care team model with medical direction generally 1:3, sometimes 1:4
• Cardiac, neuro, ortho, general, urology, gynecological surgery, ENT, low-risk obstetrics
• Ability to do TEE at a basic level, minimal healthy pediatric cases
• Cover mainly Findlay Hospital, some vacation coverage for Bluffton Hospital & Findlay Surgery Center
• Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership
• EMR: Cerner

Compensation & Benefits

• $475k-$500k , MGMA 55th percentile for compensation
