You will be responsible for curating memorable travel experiences for families, individuals, and businesses alike. In our opportunity, you will learn how to multi-task and fulfill clients' travel preferences efficiently and professionally.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist clientele in their travel needs from start to finish
• Promote current travel deals and perks via social media or varying platforms
• Complete and maintain travel certifications
• Attend and be active in daily/weekly training
• Communicate thoroughly with clients regarding their travel i.e travel documents, restrictions, what to expect, etc.
• Maintain professional relationships with travel leaders, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and fellow travel booking agents.

Qualifications:

• Social Media savvy
• Computer/tech savvy
• Must have direct access to internet modem and/or secure WiFi network
• A "ready to work" mindset
