SCHEDULE:

9:00AM - 3:00PM

Monday through Friday

4-5 shifts a week

This is an entry level position to teach motivated employees processes and procedures of our shops for the potential next step in training to be an expert barista.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Baristas in a fast paced shop
• Stock and organize product
• Keep a clean and tidy workspace
• Clean and organize shop to maintain peak performance
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform your duties with a desire to have fun and ENJOY working on a team!

REQUIREMENTS:

• A passion for good coffee and exemplary customer service
• Exhibit good manners and a neat appearance
• Maturity to handle working with other personalities and keep it professional
• Have an outgoing personality with good verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player
