As a Barista/Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our coffeehouse, engaging with customers, taking orders, and preparing a wide range of coffee and tea beverages. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages following our established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, brewing equipment, and the cashier station.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing coffee beans, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries about our menu, specials, and promotions.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Uphold all health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft of coffee making.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
