We are currently seeking a skilled, experienced top performing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help guide our patients through their healing dental journey to successful health.

We are a leading dental Perio Surgical practice specializing in successful minimally invasive techniques in Dental Implants, oral surgery and gum / bone grafting with advanced for multiple dental implants, Laser dentistry, IV Sedation certified, CBCT 3 D tomographic digital planning to include our 3-D print lab in house, committed to providing exceptional successful patient care and the latest in innovative treatment solutions.

What a day in the life of our " TC " involves :

The Treatment Coordinator is the ' SPINE' of our practice, and exceptional time management and organization is key. Mornings are often spent reviewing upcoming cases, and new patients to pre package flyers, consents, images, educational pieces for the treatment conference, where case acceptance is key.

You job is to connect, listen, and connect to support our patients decision to obtain medically necessary life changing, health improving treatment.

Most of our patients have researched and chosen our practice, as our Doctor's skill and reputation for successful treatment is well known.

Time management using digital reminders, excellent use of technology skills to quickly enter and produce a treatment plan on our software DSN Perio Exec, utilize highly organized shared documents, follow up and follow through are key, as much of our treatment is one month to one year to finish.

In the afternoon, our Doctor will diagnose our new patients, it is your job to welcome them into our beautiful practice and conference room, to overview treatment, sign necessary documentation, collect for the procedure, and schedule before the patient departs.

It is your absolute priority, to sign, seal, collect and deliver our patients to surgery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex surgical oral treatment with dental implants, gum and bone grafting, Biologic healing PRF, Lasers, and advanced dental hygiene treatments, and an expert in discussing oral health.

Sales background a plus, coordinating, scheduling and managing a dental team to ensure parts, phases and details of your treatment plan are organized for the surgical day, providing Fee for Service Treatment Coordination with a focus on health rather than insurance, for advanced cases in dental implants as well as Laser dentistry to include some facial esthetics and PRF.

The Ideal person for our Treatment Coordinator :

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Dental professional to assist our patients in understanding their treatment plans and providing financial options to support case acceptance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office administration, excellent communication skills, experience in sales, and a tract record of past success of at least 4 years, chronology of a stable history of past dental experience, and a passion for patient care.

We are only dealing with medically necessary treatment, supportive to avoid emergency care of the future.

Responsibilities :

Educate patients on their dental treatment options and

procedures.

Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure efficient

patient flow.

Prepare and explain treatment plans, including costs and

payment options.

Work closely and follow through with the dental team to

provide exceptional

patient care.

Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and

empathetic, supportive, health first manner.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 4 years of experience as

dental treatment coordinator

with a track record of

verified success.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, surgical

procedures, and training to discuss dental insurance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

College Grad preferred, High school diploma ok with

experience, or equivalent; additional certification

in dental assisting, Dental Hygiene, Foreign Dentist,

sales, or Team and Dental office management is a plus.
