Weekend Unit Secretary Are you looking to be a part of providing hope and assist in transforming the lives of people in our community? Be a part of a professional team providing service excellence to their patients and their family member by applying to our Weekend Unit Secretary opening today! Perimeter Behavioral of New Orleans is providing inpatient behavioral health care to adults 18 and older. We are conveniently located.Our Weekend Unit Secretary responsibilities include some of the following:

Answers telephone appropriately, takes and routes messages for all staff as needed
Copies and faxes documents as needed
Maintains current patient charts
Maintains compliance with established hospital policies relating to procedures, confidentiality, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control
Provides confidential secretarial service to the unit staff and physicians
Other duties as assigned in keeping with the role and mission of the hospital

Please apply if you have the following qualifications for a Mental Health Technician:

Education/Experience: High School Graduate or equivalent required, two years work experience in a behavioral health setting, preferred.
Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR and Handle with Care or Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 30 days of employment
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
