PERI is currently seeking a Formwork Site Demonstrator to join our team. The primary role of the Formwork Site Demonstrator is to provide on-site technical support to customers, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of PERI products to ensure safe assembly and effective use. This involves demonstrating proper assembly techniques, addressing technical inquiries, and highlighting potential safety concerns. The Site Demonstrator also prioritizes excellent customer service and serves as a liaison between customers and internal departments. Leveraging PERI's resources, they play a crucial role in promoting product awareness and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Sharing technical knowledge and best practices for safe assembly of products, and providing accurate answers to inquiries about PERI's products.
Demonstrating safe and efficient usage of formwork to maximize customer performance and ensuring all parties are informed about essential problems and safety issues.
Coordinating job execution, truck loadings, and delivery plans by collaborating with internal PERI departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, Engineering, and Sales.
Reviewing assembled equipment to ensure proper assembly and advising when equipment is not assembled correctly.
Assisting in training the PERI Assembly team on various PERI products and assembly techniques.
Overseeing product orientation for customers
Facilitating small fixes on fabricated parts using tools like welders and mag drills.
Assisting customers in interpreting and reading engineering layouts or assembly drawings prepared by PERI’s Engineering team.
Identifying potential problems with PERI equipment and promptly notifying all relevant parties, including the Contractor, Superintendent, Project Manager, PERI Safety, PERI Engineering, and PERI Sales teams. What you'll need to be successful:
Ability to demonstrates high emotional intelligence and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
Creative and analytical thinking skills, effectively conveying information across organizational levels.
Knowledgeable about the construction industry and understands how PERI’s products are used within the market.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively with team members and customers.
Proficient in project management, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
Exhibits strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing resources.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for job-related activities, with a valid driver’s license.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in demonstrating proper usage of PERI products, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering customer queries.
Familiar with OSHA and local construction standards, safety requirements, and adept at reading blueprints.
