Pergolux LLC is Hiring a Sales and Customer Service Agent Near Waterbury, CT

Your tasks:

  • Consultation and support of our customers via telephone, email, and (video) chat for customers in US at our office location in Watertown, CT.
  • Order processing in our E-commerce system.
  • Handling returns and complaints.
  • Communication with transport service providers.
  • Process improvements and data maintenance.

You bring:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in customer service / sales / e-commerce.
  • English as a native language or excellent English skills.
  • High motivation, especially for sales and willingness to learn continuously.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of self-organization and good time management.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
  • Good IT user skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
