As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about retail and customer service and looking to take the next step in their career.

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Must be excellent in sales
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Train and onboard new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Cash handling experience
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions independently
- Experience in shift management
