We are looking for a Fire Sprinkler Service Fitter & Install Technician to join our team!
Salary range: $50.00 - $60.00 / hr. depending on applicable skills, experience and certifications.As a Fire Sprinkler Service Fitter & Install Technician, you’re responsible for the installation, inspection, service, and/or repair of wet-pipe, dry-pipe, and pre-action fire sprinkler systems. Ensure high levels of accuracy of these responsibilities and working in accordance with applicable national and local Codes and Standards.

Ensure high levels of accuracy of these responsibilities and working in accordance with applicable national and local Codes and Standards.
In This Role You Will
- Perform installation, service, and/or repair of wet-pipe, dry-pipe, and pre-action fire sprinkler systems
- Perform periodic inspections per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 25 standards - internal piping inspections, obstruction investigations, flow tests, and hydro tests
- Provide accurate documentation through the use of Service Trade and state/local documentation as required
- Record and document all inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations
- Maintain a good positive relationship with the customer and pass on information to the appropriate personnel for follow-up, quotes, questions, or concerns
- 2 or more years’ experience as a Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter.
- Washington Fitter Card
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of NFPA 13, 13R, 13D, 14, 20, & 25
- Working knowledge of current codes and standards of fire sprinkler systems
- NICET II Water Based Systems certification (highly preferred)
- Must be able to work an on call schedule once every 6 weeks
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Frequently lift and carry toolboxes, tools, equipment, parts, cabling, and/or wiring
- Must be able to push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent ladder climbing, often while carrying up to 50 pounds
