Performance Review Institute is Hiring a SAE Foundation Intern Near Warrendale, PA

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, research and contact potential prospect companies in target industry sectors
Create and repurpose Foundation and Pre-Professional Education content across established internal and external communication channels (e.g. Quarterly Foundation newsletter, Website, Update, Social Media, SAE SmartBrief, Member Connection, partner communications, press/media)
Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects and events (e.g. Annual Report, Annual Celebration, STEM Talent Talks, Awards Ceremonies, Donor Appreciation, Annual Appeal, Pi Day, SAE STEM@Home)
Research/school outreach for current and new SI's/partners
Conference research and reporting
Distribution of teacher surveys and aggregation of results
Manage AWIM and AWIM order mailbox
Support the SAE Scholarship program by utilizing applicant portal, generating reports, participating in application vetting process and assist with outward communications to recipients and universities
Organize awardee and special event participant bios, LinkedIn profiles, photos, company logos, and other relevant materials for participation in ceremonies, celebrations, and STEM Talent Talks.
Become educated on the use of internal applications and processes (e.g. CMS, WorkFront, Word Press, Teams, NetSuite, etc.)
Research of awards and recognition for AWIM
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Working towards completion of bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Nonprofit Management or Education (required)
Professional marketing, communication, product management experience, preferred
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Excellent written communication skills
Experience publishing across social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), required
Strong process orientation, organizational and planning skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to adapt to continuously changing deadlines and priorities
Detail and results-oriented
