Performance Rehabilitation & Regenerative Medicine is seeking a candidate to join our team in a non-surgical outpatient setting as we provide an extraordinary patient experience, often referred to as the Ritz Carlton of Healthcare. We are a growing multi-facility company providing an excellent opportunity for growth.

Position Objectives

• Timely interaction and acute awareness of patient concerns
• Complete documentation preparation prior to patient appointment(s)
• Accuracy when scheduling in accordance with provider recommended treatment plans
• Timely provider notification; appropriate cancellation documentation
• Ability to take initiative and ensure completion of daily tasks with timely completion
• Quality and timeliness of assignment completion
• Acute awareness of HIPAA compliance

Education and Experience

• 3-years of patient experience or customer service related experience; hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
• High School diploma or equivalent mandatory

Monday 10am-8pm (2 hour lunch break and remote closing)

Tuesday 8am-5pm

Wednesday 10am-8pm (2 hour lunch break and remote closing)

Thursday 8am-5pm

Friday 8am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
