Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain a flexographic printing press
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure accurate color and registration
- Follow job specifications to produce high-quality labels, packaging, and other printed materials
- Monitor production and adjust production speed as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of experience operating a flexographic printing press
- Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, inks and specifications
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
