Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to identify the root cause of problems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Command of the English language both written and verbal. Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the guests’ needs. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year hospitality experience.
