Job Description
Performance Driven Workforce is currently seeking Full-Time Dynamometer Test Drivers for long term employment opportunities in the Fremont, CA. area. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of U.S. driving experience with a valid US driver's license, a good driving record and ability to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:

Test drivers will sit in a simulated vehicle for an extended period of time (up to 4 hours without a break) while maintaining vehicle speeds of /- 2-4 mph without using cruise control

Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience
Compensation:
-
Test Drivers will earn $20/hr.
Shift:
-
PM Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday – Friday, plus weekends as needed)
-
Must be available to work 5-7 days per week
Retirees and veterans are welcome
Job Requirements
Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Have a valid US driver's license with a good driving record

Minimum of 2 years driving experience in the U.S.

Must be able to work overtime as needed

Interested in current technology and future technological advances

Possess basic computer skills

Ability to sit for an extended period of time (Up to 4 hours)

Ability to maintain a steady foot & pedal

Must be willing to work overtime if needed

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work with others and take directions

Must have reliable transportation

Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
