Job Description

PCG is seeking an experienced Tax Administrator for its Corporate Tax operations based in Lenexa, KS. This individual will:

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provides backup support to the front desk and mail duties as needed to cover lunches and/or PTO

· Provides mail scanning support for the Tax Department

· Establishes the initial business licenses in a jurisdiction as identified by the Tax Department

· Maintains the Officer/Director Listings utilized by the Tax Department

· Print and mail paper tax returns

· Prepares Tax Adjustments within the system as directed by the Tax Department

· Balances department credit card statements for accounts payable

· Performs a full range of administrative support tasks, some of which are highly confidential and sensitive

· Additional office support will be required, such as receiving mail, screening, and responding to emails, creating reports, and assisting other administrative positions

· Projects and office duties as assigned

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a corporate environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrates high-level of integrity
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates initiative and forward thinking
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communicates confidently, including written and verbal skills, and effectively at all levels of the organization

Preferred Requirements:

• Local to the KC metro area
• Proficent in Microsoft Excel
