Help Desk Technician II:

• Your primary role will be to provide support, in office. You will be the first line of communication with our clients. You will be receiving incoming phone calls & tickets for an assortment of issues such as PC issues, printers, phones, email set up, server issues, among other troubleshooting tasks.
• If a client call warrants an on-site visit, you will work directly with the service coordinator to escalate the ticket to the appropriate tech or will go on-site yourself if deemed necessary.
• You will work with the service coordinator to check backups, clear alerts and generate tickets for remote monitoring. The service coordinator will also work to train you on the various systems and applications that are used on a daily basis

Required Technical Qualifications:

• Windows Server Experience
• Desktop Support: Windows 10/11 management and support
• Client/ Server application installation, support, troubleshooting, etc.
• PC Hardware - building/repair
• Networking Knowledge
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Outlook

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

• Active Directory Management, Group Policy, etc.
• Office 365 / Microsoft Hosted Exchange Management
• Advanced Networking Knowledge – Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, Routing, Subnet Management
• Virtualization: VMware and Hyper-V
• Certifications: Microsoft, A , Network , CCNA, are a plus
• Fluent with Connectwise Manage
• MSP Experience

Pay: $62,152.00 - $65,083.00 per year
