Performance Lexus is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional for immediate hire!

This is a full-time, salary-paid position, working at our Lexus dealership in Cincinnati, Ohio. No experience necessary, we will train you, or build on your earlier sales experience, at no cost to you. We hire, train, promote and compensate our car sales associates based on personal and professional competence and potential for advancement.

Position Pay: You choose your compensation package:

• Commission based (maximized earning potential, performance based, pay varies)
• Salary and bonus based (steady earning potential, pay is more consistent)

Position Hours:

• Standard business hours Monday through Friday, and regular sales hours Saturday and some Sundays.
• Additional hours to maximize earning potential which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Automotive Sales Professional Responsibilities:

• Product knowledge and presentation skills needed for presenting vehicles to your guests.
• Basic computer literacy is needed.
• Effective communication and organizational skills are necessary.
• Answer incoming phone calls, set sales appointments, and help customers through the purchase process.
• Ongoing follow-up calls and email correspondence with sold and unsold customers.
• Manage incoming internet customers in an efficient and prompt manner.
• Gather customer data for manager review and approval, per company required documentation.
• Explain vehicle service and maintenance requirements to your customers, as well as providing support to customers after the point of sales.

Automotive Sales Professional Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Possess a good driving record with no driver's license restrictions.
• One to two years of work experience and/or sales experience is ideal but not required.
• A substance screening test is required for hire at all Performance Automotive Network locations.
