Performance Toyota in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an experienced Express Lube Technician for immediate hire!

The Express Lube Technician performs essential maintenance, replacements, and repairs.

Additional tasks include lube, oil, and filter changes, rotating tires, mounting, and balancing tires, tire repairs, replacing brakes, coolant flushes, belts, sway bar links, shocks and struts, ball joints, and other vehicle service and maintenance items.

• $34,000.00 - $41,000.00 – Per Year
• This Position is Flat Rate Pay – Experience based
• $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus – Potential sign-on bonus pay – Experience based – determined by hiring manager
• Monday - Friday 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays 8 AM to 3 PM – Closed on Sunday

Responsibilities

 Express Lube Technician:

• Capable of performing lubrications, oil changes, maintenance, tire services, inspections, and other essential care
• Able to complete repairs and replacement of brakes, engine coolant, belts, sway bar links, shocks and struts, ball joints
• Precisely communicate needed repairs to Service Advisor
• Addressing fellow teammates and customers with patience and respect
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Taking direction and mentoring from others
• Participate in progressive training programs
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Promote a safe work environment
• Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools
• Complete any other assigned tasks delegated by Service Management

Qualifications

Express Lube Technician:

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-2 years of practical automotive experience is required
• 1-2 ASE Certifications are preferred but not required
• Completion of an automotive technology course is a plus
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Driver's license with safe driving record
• Performance Toyota Fairfield requires substance screening of all employees
