Performance Toyota Fairfield is seeking multiple Drivers "Service and Delivery Specialists" to work directly with our Automotive Service and Sales Customers. Responsibilities include delivery and pickup of customer vehicles to and from the dealership while maintaining constant communication with the customer on the timeliness of service and the delivery once completed. Performance Automotive Delivery Specialists should have an extensive background in customer service, the ability to maintain a high level of energy throughout the day, and possess exceptional communication skills.

• $12.00 to $15.00 Per Hour (experience based)
• Flexible Hours Available, (Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Weekends)
• Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions Available

Responsibilities

Service and Sales Delivery Specialist:

• Promptly and professionally pick-up and deliver service vehicles
• Delivery of New and Used vehicles to our Guest as for test drives
• Sanitize each vehicle upon entry and exit every time
• Accurately answer Customer questions
• Communicate information from the Guest to the Service Advisor
• Professional appearance required (Shirts provided)
• Follow Performance Policies and Procedures
• Report any issues and or emergencies immediately to your manager

Qualifications

Service and Sales Delivery Specialist:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Driver's license with a good driving record
• Basic computer literacy
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Automotive Network employees
