We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy interacting with new people. As a Call Center Representative, your role will be to manage customer Internet leads and respond to inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for answering customers' questions about our products, brands, and inventory, and scheduling appointments for interested customers to visit our dealership. Responsibilities

Call Center Representative::

• Managing customer Internet Leads
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Answering questions about product, brand, and inventory
• Setting appointments for the dealership
• Making phone calls to Internet customers
• Following up with any unsold Internet prospects

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Proper phone etiquette required for this position
• Need to possess basic computer literacy
• Have a good driving record
• Substance screening required of all Performance Kings Honda employees
