Looking for experienced "C" Level Service Technicians who can diagnose and repair Honda vehicles, with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus offered. We need team players who provide excellent customer service, keep a clean work environment, and follow standard procedures.

• $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 Annually (Flat Rate)
• $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Experience Determined by Hiring Manager)
• Bonus is paid out over 10 months and continued employment is required

We offer Flexible Schedules That Fit Your Needs. Choose a 40-hour week or a 4/10 schedule, with premium pay on Saturdays. You pick the 3 or 4 days that work best for you. Enjoy complete control over your work hours.

• Example Saturday Schedule - Work Wednesday - Saturday and Off Sunday - Tuesday

Responsibilities

"C" Level Technician:

• Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any set-backs to vehicle promise-time
• Be a productive member of your team in service shop
• You must be coachable. (Mentor will be a Master Technician)
• Complete all repairs under the assistance of your mentor
• Enroll in accelerated training program (No cost to you)

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• 2-3 years experience as an Automotive Service Technician required
• Prefer 2 ASE Certifications but not required
• Completion of Honda PACT Program is a plus but not required
• Provide your own tools for this assignment
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Honda Fairfield employees
